Lucky enough to have young Frenchman Felix run us through the tasting list. What a nice young bloke. An amazing opportunity for him on his Uni gap year. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Tasting room by far the best we visited, sitting amongst the barrels is great.

Magnificent experience. We took the factory tour. They spent every minute explaining the process and parts of their secrets to us. Then we did the tasting and were able to try some of their best wines. Absolutely recommend this place. Prepare yourself to be amazed and surprised. Danny and Jackie were excellent hosts

Great wines, great atmosphere and great set up. As one would expect, cellar door prices are up there! Can't say much about the wines because I'm no expert but the one I liked most wasn't the most expensive wine!

A favourite for wine loversThe cellar store and vineyard are beautiful with lovely staffEnjoy a tasting in the barrel room, book a picnic or watch movie.One of the only vineyards offering a Zinfandel.Outside it dog friendlyWatch out for chick's and geese.

Very nice vineyard tucked away from the main street. We came a little late and hadn't booked and we're given a spot at the Bar for a tasting.Highly recommend booking in advance. If you buy a bottle you won't pay the tasting - and it's well worth it, as the wines are incredible.

Thanks to Jacquie for a terrific wine tasting experience today. Cape Mentelle are producing premium wines - excellent quality fruit flavours, great length and big, full mouth feel. Cape Mentelle are world famous for their Chardonnay & Cabernet Sauvignon and it’s easy to see why. My favourite@ $60 /bottle is the Chardonnay

Great experience. Really friendly informative staff and a warm atmosphere. The 10 dollar tasting experience for 6 wines is ideal- Meagan was lovely and gave us great pointers on which wines we would like! Highly recommend.

Shoutout to Sandra, our guide, who was so lovely and informative. We opted for the behind the cellar door" tour and were rewarded with a wholesome tour around their vineyards & factory. We had a great time with the wine tasting at the end too; really appreciated the extra details and profiling done for each wine and also getting to try 6 different types. The wines here were really great!"
