Came to this gorgeous shop for my septum piercing and Lily was absolutely amazing. She explained everything really well and helped make me feel as ease! She took her time finding the perfect spot which I really appreciated, especially since I have weird anatomy so it wasn't the easiest! Thank you for such a great experience, will definitely come back for future piercings :)

Lily helped me first thing Easter morning with my very painful new piercing (from somewhere else) that had a too small bar and was sore and swollen. She provided and fitted a bar extension, cleaning and reassurance that it would all be ok. Amazing service, thank you. I’ll be back!

Lily pierced my 7 year old daughters ears. This was the second time having them done as the first time (pierced with a piercing gun elsewhere) did not work out. Lily was fantastic making sure the whole process was smooth and the result was great. The studio was very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t be happier.

I have a septum piercing (7 yrs ago in Qld) that was put in the wrong spot and is quite painful when changing out piercings or when my old piercing was sitting wrong. The lady helped me remove it and was so kind and patient, and it was the best experience I've ever had with putting in a new piercing. Thank you :)
