Staff was rude and un unfriendly. Limited range of flowers. Agree with other reviews. Don't go there. Plenty of other around that can provide better customer service.

The florist was very impatient and rude and kept rejecting my suggestions in a very confronting manner. Didn't understand my urgency and denied to help out. Overall a very unsatisfying and poor customer service

Have been multiple times here and the service is generally good. Flowers have been mostly fresh and vibrant. Delivery also available for local area.

This florist has a handful of designs, very formulaic. They must buy the same six types of flowers only at the markets and make the same few arrangements, just in different colours. Sort of like paint by numbers for flowers. I’d rather buy from Woolworths - at least they adjust their fresh stock to match seasons

Worst service ever. Rude staff and ripped the ribbon when i just requested for ribbon tied up neatly and change better colour. What a shame, would *never* visit again.

I ordered some flowers from the UK to send to my friend who lives in Australia. They were very reasonably priced and open about delivery charges which I found some other websites weren't. They arrived on time and my friend sent me a picture - they looked really good.Overall very pleased with the experience and would use this company again.
