Sent me a broken $28 serum and I provided a photo of the damaged package that arrived to my door and a video of the product not pumping but they still wanted to waste my time and send it back.

there using toll for there courier but twice now i haven’t received goods as they were delivered to some other address. toll haven’t done anything to replace these items so i suggest to finding another courier company that’s competent .
