Bery bad customer info :CLICK AND COLLECT ONLYMeaning just a minuscule surf shop and ho delivers what your order on line.After one hour drive, very disappointed.IF ONLY THERE WAS A TELEPHONEWe could have called before…Only the chat is available for customers and yes, they said it is open, with no precision that it NOT a Decarhlon shop.The guys in the surf said it happened many many many times. Decathlon does not seem to care.European minds in Australia :Letting people drive very long distance for nothing.Great shop in France but not ready for the Australian level of customers service.When many people complain for the same problem : take action Decathlon.
