Very helpful owner happily replaced some signwork on my car that had been damaged in an accident.

I went to this store one day to request a new logo, as it was in need of replacement. Having gotten a quote and had an initial brainstorm session, I was told that I would be called within a fortnight to refine and discuss the logo and ideas created by the studio. Four weeks later, I called them to remind them of my order, giving them the benefit of the doubt, though I was a little disappointed in their lateness. Another week later, I called again, this time to cancel my order. I cannot say how disappointed I am in Portland Signworks, especially after the glowing reviews I had received about them.I chose to give Portland Signworks two stars instead of one, as their design ideas in the brainstorm phase were quite clever, and helped me very much when I took my business to another studio.
