Last minute booking was done directly via there reception. The team is very friendly and helpful. Can't complain anything was wrong with the place. Honest people and affordable hotel.

We spent about a week at Ibis Budget. I thought it was a pleasant and clean place to stay and everything we needed; tv, fridge, ensuite and jug. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Staff were good. I liked all the brochures in reception. They provide Breakfast but we didn’t try it. Free car parks and not far from Aldi and Woolworths about ten min walk I think.

Don’t go here if you are not a contractor. Firstly front desk staff are very rude & unprofessional. Rooms are dirty. Reception closes early like 10pm so if you come after that then you will have to find another hotel. When I stayed their computer & Wi-Fi system was down for over 24 hours & I saw that when one guy asked for a refund front desk guy told you won’t get refund as Wi-Fi is free.Very bad. Nothing seems to be correct here. Both Front desk staff needs to be changed. Those two guys have sole focus only on contractors & apart fromContractor other people are treated like second class client.

Despite being a budget motel, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Linen was crisp and absolutely spotless. If you are on a budget or need somewhere last minute, like me, this is a great option.

As you can see from the reviews some people had a great stay and some where very disappointed.This is not the place for your romantic getaway but suitable if you need a budget stay in Western Sydney.The amenities are very basic. I had no issue with the staff. They did what was required to facilitate my stay.I requested an extra clean in the toilet which was taken care of with a fragrant scent afterwards. The towels where new, clean and soft. The bed was adequate. One pillow per guest.The location is accessible by car. Next to major connector roads. Lots of parking on site.Jug, Coffee, sugar and milk as usual. Small Fridge & TV.The room was warm in June with Heating and cooling AC.

No support after 10pm,after that even after booking you try to connect them support in unavailable. And they sent MAILs if you donot read them then you are not welcomed. So be aware of all terms and condition and read their mails even you are traveling that is important.

On behalf of my partner: Staff are absolutely wonderful and will go out of their way to please guests. Spent over a month here and the location is very convenient. Linen was changed regularly and amenities were clean.

This is a budget hotel, my room was satisfactory in size for the price very clean and close to transport and local food and take away, l will return for sure.

Good place to stay on the 24th of November 2022, following surgery on the 22/11/2022.People there easy to talk to, not like the inner city posers !
