I simply cannot fault Chelsea and the work that she does. Chelsea is an absolute hair god who does everything in her power to ensure that your visit at bungalow is the best it can be. My favourite thing about coming to bungalow is not only how the girls make you feel so welcomed and comfortable but the fact you can always guarantee that Chelsea will put 110% effort in to make sure that you get your desired end result, all while still making sure the the integrity of your hair is in tact! I will never trust anyone else with my hair ever again! Thanks Chelsea you never cease to amaze me xx

I went to Bungalow a little over a year ago now. My hair was super thick and in great condition as I had always taken care of it. I was seen by a hair dresser named Katelyn. She seemed very unsure as to what she was doing but was left unsupervised. She left bleach of my hair from 10am to about 4:50pm. Once removing the foils and brushing my hair out it became very matted and snapping off. She quite possibly ruined my hair which i paid $390 for her to do. Not only was my hair damaged but there was bleach all over my clothes. Once I contacted bungalow hair, and brought the matter to their attention all i got was a half arsed apology and a free shampoo and conditioner. This past year I have spent so insecure and embarrassed of my hair. I am still trying to recover from the damage they did... I wish the matter was handled with respect and compensated accordingly as $390 is a lot of money for a 17 year old girl.

Chelsea at Bungalow Hair is by far the best hairdresser I have ever been to! My hair always looks amazing and is always so healthy. She kills the game with her colour, cuts and extensions. I won't go anywhere else, I couldn't recommend her more!
