Super helpful with a repair. Could have repaired our scooter for $$ but advised us that if in warranty we could get a replacement scooter from the place of purchase. We went to place of purchase and scooter exchanged on the spot due to the manufacturers issue. Great service and advice from WalkSmart Canberra, highly recommended. Thanks

Just went to Walk Smart and I am really impressed with how I was treated and how quality the service is. Could’ve been charged hundreds of dollars to fix my Electric Scooter but was told that I could just go get a refund, currently have a brand new scooter. Have lots of respect for Walk Smart Electric Scooter, highly recommend going there for any issue regarding your electric scooter. 5 stars easily! Thanks

Fantastic service from Edward at WalkSmart scooters in Canberra. Great riding instructions, tourist tips and flexible with booking times. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered any questions quickly. Scooters were an awesome way to see the sights of Canberra. Lots of wide footpaths and bike lanes to safely use and generally flat riding. Perfect activity for families with teenagers. Would highly recommend.

Great service, good communication and friendly staff. Ned helped with getting better electric scooter after my current one is stopped working (with option of servicing, but I figured it’s not worth it, as I got a budget one awhile ago). I’m in luck, despite they not selling scooter anymore, but on that day they have second hand one for sale with reasonable price. So I ended up with way better scooter to bring home at the end of the day, and peace of mind knowing where to bring it next time if I need help with any issue.

March 2022: If you want a great experience in Canberra, take a tour around Lake Burley Griffin. And if you want a fantastic way to do that, rent some electric scooters from WalkSmart! Edward and his team will fit you out with scooters and helmets, and give you the low-down of operation before sending you on your way. We had an absolute blast, and after we had finished at the lake, we still had some time left to scoot up to check out the War Memorial.I can’t recommend this business highly enough!!!

WalkSmart in both Canberra and Pyrmont Sydney have been great. I bought the ninebot E25 in Canberra and the sales assistant was great and very helpful. I was a beginner and didn't know much about scooters but everything was explained to me and he helped me assemble the scooter at the store before i went home. while working in Sydney I rented the top of the range ninebot for a few weeks and I really enjoyed it, I took it to work and used it all around the city and outside the city. most importantly the salesperson (Luther) was very helpful and very professional.
