very poor and utter disapointment at the lack of consideration and duty of care from the staff, for the health and wellbeing of local, respected residents of the community, when someone who has symptoms of covid, not following the correct protocols to avoid the spread to other people, and putting their health at risk. and not a single care giving.

Very friendly staff. The only downside with this library is that for new members it can be a little hard to find as it shares the building with the Whittlesea community centre and there is no actual sign showing where the library is located.
