Friendly staff, but the location is really poor for the operations conducted. Access usually involves double parking and a long walk, if you are not an employee or subcontractor.

Update. noise continues! Dropping containers 6.30am on weekend morning and truck noise all night. Reporting you to authorities.—————————1am and again woken by your freight trucks operating too close to houses. Your operation in Maidstone St Altona is a disgrace.Would not recommend, don’t deal with this company.

Doesn't pay their contractors. Beware they will not pay you on time and half of the time they won't pay you at all. Greedy and terrible company who don't care about bankrupting small businesses. STAY AWAY!

We received a delivery this morning from an Arrow driver.I had to unload 1/2 of the load myself.Driver stated that he came yesterday at 4:30 and that we were not open.I smelt a small lie here.We close at 5:30 normally but our staff stayed back till 6pm. We have a roller door with door bell AND a front door.Driver didn't try very hard to find anyone home.I 'loaned' the driver a pen to sign his paper work, but driver wanted pen for himself.Arrow please make sure your drivers have pens so customers can sign your paperwork. Not a good impression.

Had someone driving a car with this branding cut in front of me on a gravel road today and speed away, flinging rocks backward. One of them hit my windshield and left a chip. Not sure I would trust a company that doesn’t know how to drive on an unsealed road.
