Again, receptionist very rude. She pointed out that I hadn't requested an ultrasound in addition to x-ray as stated on the form. The thing is I read what was on the form, but she couldn't understand my accent I'm from the UK). Still no need for the abruptness. I left school a long time ago, and shouldn't be feeling like a naughty schoolgirl.X-ray guy was lovely though.

The staff were lovely. It was was really busy and Tina on the front desk was doing an amazing job helping clients while juggling the phones.The ultrasound technician is a friendly face who has been there for a while. Great customer service and professionalism.

I took my daughter there for an ultrasound appointment last week. The receptionist ( I think her name was Phuong) was lovely. The whole experience was nice & easy.Thank you

I was not a patient at this practice, but I attended to drop off my partner for an x-ray and ultrasound. He had booked his appointment the day before with a lovely receptionist whose name we didn’t catch, and sadly wasn’t rostered on the following day when the appointment was for. As soon as we walked though the door the receptionist was on the phone, to whom appeared to be a friend of hers. The only reason I make that assumption is because of the extreme difference in her tone from the first phone call to every other phone call she took within the 40 minutes I waited. Every time she answered the phone she was rude and after every hang up a very loud and not subtle sigh or grunt. I even heard her say “holy cow” after hanging up on a customer with clear language barriers. There was no patience and no sympathy for those with an any other cultural background. I can imagine I would be frustrated if the phone rang off the hook and I was the only receptionist, but I can also say that if I was as unhappy as it seems Teena is, I would start looking for a different line of work. I have referrals for scans that I was going to book in with Teena, but after the pathetic service i witnessed and even experienced with my partner from this receptionist I will be finding any other practice to book with. I have read through your reviews and I am certainly not the only one to make a comment about her attitude, but i do hope something is done so I am the last.

Receptionist was amazing. But the second I was taken in for my scan I was made to feel the “doctor” didn’t even want to do it. I was taken in to get a needle for the dye the assistant? Tried ONCE only once and not even where I told him they usually go. He went out and asked the doctor the doctor didn’t even come in he just basically said oh well can’t do it. ITs 4pm in the afternoon and I’ve fasted all day for this and they turn around and act like it’s nothing and make me feel small. I’ve had good experiences here until now so maybe it’s just that specific doctor and radiologist/assistant.So don’t bother going to them if it’s a scan because you’ve been unwell they’ll tell you to come back next week. I felt belittled and like they didn’t even care for their patients. Mind you they were running so behind my appointment was 3pm I got taken in at 3:55 and they close at 4 and there was still patients ahead waiting so just felt like they just wanted me gone.

A suboptimal ultrasound for my wife. The Sonographer did not fully scan through the Uterus left to right.He did not sweep up and down when scanning the left and right adnexa on the trans abdominal scan.This is exactly how pathology gets missed.When we walked into his office we clearly explained that my wife is here to check for any retained products of conception (RPOC) post a D&N procedure. During the internal scan he stated that he couldn't see the Mirena (IUDC)??? At no point did we ever say that we are here to check the placement of a Mirena?? No Mirena has ever been fitted to her.Another clear example of medical people not listening to their patients or reading through the GP referral paperwork first.People always keep records of your own medical health and understand your health conditions because as our health system falls apart it's only going to get worse.

Attended clinic this morning for ultrasound on my son.All staff Phung at reception and making appointment, Peter the training Sonographer and Roxy all very professional and made my son feel welcome and at ease with great bedside manner.Great work by the Richlands team.

Up and above the call of duty. Yesterday I presented at the center without an appointment but with debilitating pain. The receptionist could have asked me to sit and wait but she showed extreme empathy and compassion by asking me to take a chair and sat with me to fill my form for me. Then within minutes I was on the scanning bed. The technician was also extremely kind in that after the scan she got a wheelchair and wheeled me to the waiting car. Guys you guys truly went and above the call of duty yesterday. Please except my profound gratitude and thanks for your excellent service.

Really kind receptionist.I've had xray, ct, ultrasound and injections done here and I'm always cared for. You're not always at your best, because of pain, when you have to go to the Radiolist so it's very welcome when the staff treat you with compassion and urgency. Great service

The receptionist tried to tell me that my ultrasound scan I have to pay. when I called the regular place I have used for the past 4 years in Springfield Ipswich. This ultrasound scan was not charged and was free I was assured that this test is definitely free at all clinics, and I should not incur any charges.Lumus is taking advantage of sick Australian citizens in time of need. Just find another place to do the imaging
