I have availed myself of the services of Andre CAVAL at MacByte a number of times, either on site at my home, or when I have pestered him over the phone to help me through a problem.What separates him from competitors is that he cares about his work and that flows through immediately to the client, who always reaps the benefit. When your computer goes down, you know it will probably cost a significant amount to get the problem fixed. I have had the experience where despite the outlay, the problem remain and the tech guy rushed onto the premises and was out before you knew it was really fixed.Andre is worth every dollar he requests for the service and his markup on parts/accessories is within bounds and as reasonable as he can afford to make it.Do yourself a favour: you have Apple Mac problems, ring MacByte and talk to Andre if you want the job done properly.More than happy to have this review displayed.Thanks Andre,Denis B at P/Point NSW

Very personable and quick to respond. I am very happy with the final result and will definitely call Andre when I next have trouble with my Mac. Macs don't usually have trouble but he is always there when questions arise.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Andre at MacByte.I contacted him when trying to source a reconditioned Mac on behalf of my daughter. He replied promptly and was extremely helpful.I live in Melbourne and my daughter is in Sydney, within days she had a reconditioned Mac at her door. He knew what stock was being delivered and when, he advised what would be appropriate for her needs. He didn't try to upsell, I believe we got value for money and he delivered it directly to her!Very professional, I would recommend this service and would use them again.

Andre at MacByte has upgraded two of my Macs over the years, an iMac and an old MacBook Pro. Andre has always been very professional, reasonably priced and flexible (installed MacBook SSD at my workplace, and picked up iMac from workplace to upgrade to SSD drive). If you have a Mac with a HDD and want to get a few more years out of it and get a huge speed increase, get Andre to replace your HDD with a SSD (Solid State Drive). You won't regret it.

Pick up and drop off service is a great touch and very convenient. Picked up same day I enquired and dropped off repaired laptop within a couple days. Was transparent throughout the whole process and cost actually came in cheaper than expected. Recommended.
