Mel, Dave and the team did an amazing job creating a stunning Christmas display for a local business. Their customer service was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, will be highly recommending your store.

Have been coming to this shop every year since I was very young. Now 31yo and can't have a true Christmas without getting something from them. Will continue this on to my kids one day.

very disappointed visit today. didn't even make it into the shop! door was roped off and was only letting people in, when others came out, absolutely ridiculous! there is no limit on numbers or social distancing in place, not sure why they were limiting customers. I think they will be losing a few customers for sure!

Great shop great service with such greatness does come a wait time to get in as was very popular!!!!

EDIT: Following response from The Christmas Shop. There was nobody in the shop. It was the middle of the day. I've already been to Starlight and spent my money there. No need to let Frank and George know, I've already spent my money there!No idea how this business has survived considering how rude the staff are. Walked into a chaotic cluttered mess. Was standing half a metre from a female staff member who ignored me and the other male staff member couldn't be bothered either. Walked out and went to the Starlight Christmas Shop and spent big for our end of year concert. Will never go back to The Christmas Shop. Save your time and money, and go to Starlight Christmas Shop where the family appreciate your business, and love the spirit of Christmas - unlike this shop who have no idea on how to treat customers in the lead up to Christmas. Totally appalled!
