I had an amazing experience with Sydney Minibus Hire. The bus was incredibly clean, perfectly serviced and the process from initial hire through to pick-up and drop-off was seamless.But beyond that, I returned to my own vehicle and had some mechanical issues. Daniel, the owner, went above and beyond, rolling my van to the nearest mechanic, and liaising with the mechanic on my behalf the next morning to sort out the repairs. It was incredibly kind, and goes to show that small, family owned business have a heart and soul that is worth supporting!Highly HIGHLY recommend this company!

Communication was excellent from start to finish. We dealt with Daniel who was friendly, helpful and professional. The bus itself was much nicer than expected, and very comfortable and clean. Pick up and drop off was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this company.

Thank you so much for great customer service at Sydney minibus with such late notice. We had a great trip to Queensland in a 12 seater minibus which fit 2 families. The bus was of the highest standard and made the trip even more enjoyable. Best part to return the bus on a Sunday there was no time limit as there was a key drop off. After drop off I received a text to say thank you for returning the bus so clean. Can Highly recommend Sydney Mini Bus Hire. I have used other companies in the past but will definitely be returning. The Mini Bus went beautifully no issues great on fuel, comfortable and Staff were very helpful. Hired a minibus for a small group of students to Canberra. Bus was sparkling when we picked it up, very clean and never missed a beat. Obviously well looked after, will definitely be a returning customer.

GREAT SERVICE, 3rd time we hired from them. Took to GoldCoast, you know when vehicle is great, trip even becomes more joyful...I had to travel 1hour just to pick up from Caringbah, but I must say it was worthwhile... much better than other providers especially SIXTDefinitely will choose them over others..

Super friendly service & great pricing.I asked around for a bunch of quotes and these guys were the cheapest around. The minibus was clean and easy to drive.Dan was super helpful with the entire process since I was hiring on the public holiday and had to return the minibus late due to a family emergency.I wish I could give bonus stars for the drivers box, it added a really nice touch to the whole experience.

Ron arrived before the set time, he knew where we were going, he got us to our destinations safely and on time, and knew alternative routes when there were unexpected road closures. He also planned our trip in a way that meant he was pulling up on the side of the street that we needed to get out on. no need to cross busy roads. The bus was clean and in great working order.(and fitted with safety belts). Thank you for helping make our day a great success. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Spent 5 months planning our trip, and was thoroughly impressed with the flexibility, professionalism and communication… until 3 days prior to the booking when I received an email saying there had been a “human error” and a confusion with the bookings, meaning the buses we were hiring were no longer available. Has thrown our entire weekend into shambles. Thought planning early would help. Would be interested to know how much earlier whoever our booking was confused with had planned their trip. Unfortunately can’t rate the vehicles as we will never see them. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. Will not be getting any future business from us, which is sad because we do like supporting local.
