After many years, our Evaporative air conditioner finally stopped working. I contacted Chadd at Gasworks Modbury. Chadd provided us with a quote within days and it was installed within a week and a half. Prompt service and the installers were great. Air conditioner is running perfectly and very quiet. Phone staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. On-site Technicians did an amazing job of removing the old hot water unit, installing / commissioning the new Rinnai Infinity 26 with wireless temp control pad, all done within 2 hrs! Amazing...

Staff knew their stuff but may have benefited from having a basic fact sheet as there is lots of info to absorb at the start. Installation process was very seamless and the installers were very approachable and professional. Would definitely recommend using the installers that gasworks recommend.

The trades who attended to the installation were professional and very skilled - their workmanship was second to none. Gas Works in Modbury were fantastic right through the entire process from quoting, to explaining the ducted A/C system and how it works, ensuring it was the right size for the home and finally the installation.The start to finish process was quick and easy.Coming out to Kapunda to do the job didn’t bother the installers who were quick, professional and left the home spotless.Well done team.

We had a salesman from another company come out to measure for a ducted gas heating system but after 2 weeks we had not heard back from them. I gave Chadd from Gas Works Modbury a call and he came out to see me asap and a quote was supplied within a day and the unit was installed two weeks later on the day it was promised. Professionalism all round. The installers were fantastic and left no mess as was the Gyprocker who patched up the wall from an old unit.Everything that was promised was delivered! Thanks Chadd and your team for a truly stress free experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Gas Works Modbury!!

Wow, I am so impressed with the professional, courteous and top of my list, honesty from the team at Gas Works, Modbury branch. Water heater decided to give up yesterday, new one installed today at 9am. Great price, had quotes from other companies which were just ridiculously over the top.Bloke who installed new one very professional and spot on time. Lance, who organised job, brilliant. Thanks team. Fantastic.
