Chemist Warehouse Sefton Plaza

Really bad experience this afternoon with very aggressive and rude security officer. Looking at fixumol dressings in first aid. This asian guy came up and stood behind me for awhile (Im thinking he was a customer looking for an item), then informed me I couldnt open boxes. To which I informed him boxes were unsealed and not sealed and showed him what I was looking at so could see unsealed. He then walked away and hovered next to me to which I said are you right". To which he replied "Im a security officer here". I replied "well you need to stop abusing customers. Learn to do your job properly" to which he walked away and stood at end of aisle. I put my products back and will be going to another chemist to purchase same. Need to teach him how to do his job properly because I will not be going back here. Very rude

Pharmacists and always really nice and quick to fill orders, despite always being busy. Would recommend coming here.

A great range of products at exceptional prices. The attendant who served me was very informative regarding flu shots and other services they provide, and he was very friendly. The security guard on the other hand,she was not socially distancing herself from me,she was standing not even a foot behind me when I was at the register and she stayed there staring at me,I felt like a bit of a target to be honest. As soon as I paid she went back outside the store. Won't be coming here again.

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff. Very attentive. The cheerful security guard was an absolute highlight! Truly wonderful to see someone who so thoroughly enjoys their job

I was sick and went for sick certificate to chemist warehouse as GP close down at 12 in afternoon on weekends. Pharmacist recommended to go other pharmacies located opposite the road as she told me as they are very busy at that moment.Very bed service provided to customer.

The worst shop ever. We wanted wipes urgently. I ordered online and called them 5 min before closing time to request a pick up in 3 min. They said they can’t help. They also never give the feee items when there is an offer. Will never visit this shop.

I had my flu vaccine there. The worst experience ever. The staff member was very rude. she didn’t even bother to administrate the flu vaccine properly. some of the liquid was all over my arm. It was more painful than usual. never again.

Good, well supplied store with the extremely rude staff. Especially the pharmacists who needs 20 min. to issue just one script. Interrogation at the counter about any medication you take is a cherry on top. For most fragrances or aftershaves there is no testers. So if you want to try something new it's a lottery. Recommended only if you are desperate or broke.

My friendly hello to the sales chick was greeted with a lovely dose of racial profiling. Sales chick on a petty power trip rudely dumped my 12 protein bars on counter, refusing to let me take the box they came in, saying “how do we know you won’t resell them”. But when my male white partner took the same product to counter in a box an hour later, she let him buy the bars and walk out with box without a word. Apparently only people of a certain colour skin will resell these products despite assurances otherwise. We buy these bars frequently but will never again from this store. You should be ashamed of yourselves for your small-minded petty double standards!

Been in a few times and every single time the staff have been rude and unpleasant.
