By far the BEST F45 gym! Great space, great workouts, always professional - the BEST trainers around. John and Emilie make you feel welcome, comfortable and motivated. They have the perfect mix of pushing you to achieve your best, but also making it fun and keeping everyone included. Thank you Emilie and John for a great experience - and for getting me fitter!

Did my first session today with John and Emilie. I immediately felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Then all the way through the workout I was encouraged and techniques corrected. Really professional and was even encouraged to come back the next daySo excited to be going back

Had an excellent session here with my wife whilst we were staying at nearby caravan park. Trainers were welcoming, the studio is very spacious with good air ventilation & there's plenty of parking out the back. Very impressed with the positive vibe at this studio, people were working hard but having fun.

Absolutely love working out @f45trainingbatemansbay every morning, Emilie and John bring such a great positive energy to each class, I’de recommend anyone wanting to give it a go or get back into the gym to give it a go at this friendly and fun gym. Great trainers, Great Gym and Great work out environment.
