Riki is a top bloke. Friendly and good at what he does. Call centre told me they were booked up for the next 2-3 weeks. Riki called me an hour later and made time to squeeze my repair job in amongst his backlog. He did say existing best door customers are prioritised over new installs. So pays to be return customer.. Highly recommend Riki and his repair work

Promised service which never eventuated.Called to attempt to get service once again and was told by staff member that they would advise to go elsewhere because the Cairns Branch has no admin and is total chaos.
