Ocean Express Kebabs

I ordered a lettuce tomato and onion kebab with pineapple and lid extra for a sauce. I got no sauce and they added carrot after I said no and I got no pineapple. Love the place but pretty disappointed with my experience. I’m allergic to carrot and this caused a massive swelling up from the front down. I hope no one else went through this cause it was deadly.

I could rap way quicker so if u want a keybab maker hit a brother up, I also smoke mad rings

Fantastic service. I wandered away without my chips one day and I messaged them on Facebook because I had bought them to go for my friend who had asked. They said I could stop by any of their locations and they would definitely get me the chips. Beyond exceptional service. I’ve only been here a handful of times since they just opened their new location, and let me tell ya! They know me and wave to me even if I’m just walking by. Phenomenal service. Hope to see them open more soon! If you haven’t checked out their new location, you should. It’s gorgeous and it’s in Sippy Downs. Thank you for your amazing food and staff!

Wort customer service. I asked for a chicken kebab with cheese. When I got the kebab, it had no cheese at all and almost no chicken. I went to the counter to ask for the cheese and the correct portion of chicken the nicest way but the manager was so rude and hesitant to fix the order.

One of my favourite spots to dine in on the coast! I’m a Regular weekday and weekend customer super fast service and amazing food!! Always fresh and consistent. Staff are great!! Late weekend nights they are extremely packed out and considering how busy it is always receive my kebab in 5min from when I place my order! Oh and they HAVE SECURITY GUARDS!! Definitely feel safe eating out 3am in the morning! Love this place!

Woeful. Busy Saturday night I waited patiently in a line of mostly intoxicated persons. Placed an order and decided to add a drink (Powerade for those of you playing at home)The addition of the drink frazzled the woman behind the counter who required another staff member to sort it out. I was given my ticket and waited to the side, not yet being given my drink. I noted the receipt said grape flavor (purple) instead of the red one which was the only flavor they had left.After waiting an eternity and seeing multiple orders placed after mine handed out, my order was called.When I asked for the drink I paid for I was told it had already been given to me...yet there I stood, no drink in hand.I handed the receipt to the lady who went back to the woman taking orders to verify. The woman serving looked over my way and nodded. The other lady came back and said the older woman definitely gave it to me. When I asked for the receipt back the lady and other staff ignored me as I stood waiting a bit longer before I felt I had to leave....Sorry but this is up there with the worst customer service I have experienced and I'd also think the same just as a witness to this scenario.The meal was alright but overshadowed and made worse without a drink to go with it, having been fleeced of $5 for said drink, and essentially being called a liar.From this experience your menu is falsely advertising from the listed price with a $5 excess. Please adjust your menus accordingly.

The most disgusting service I have ever received. I waited in a very long line in a Saturday nightThen when I confronted about a long wait I was threatened about police and cameras being involved which I qas happy to involve because I never received my kebabs at all. I ordered a kebab and chips and received abuse instead. Don't ever go here absolutely disgusting service

Best Kebabs Ive had yet. Can't find any better on the Sunshine coast or Brisbane! :) Better than the typical chain Kebab shops, can't go wrong. There's always a line up as everyone wants their Kebabs! :) Love it

Probably the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Chicken looked raw and tasted disgusting. Chips were barely cooked. Honestly horrendous. Also, my mate ordered chicken and got lamb. If I was stranded in the Sahara desert I still wouldn’t eat from here. Do not recommend.

Won't be going back. Thought we might check out the new local kebab shop. 6pm on a Friday night. No chicken available. Only other was a beef/lamb combo. No flavour. We threw our two kebabs away. Sign says 'Turkish'. Only thing Turkish about this place might be the bread. We asked for tabouleh as an extra, couldn't taste that either. Decor cheap but not cheerful. Seriously overpriced.
