This education defintely helped assist me find another position within my organisation not only did it expand my career, but also my knowledge.If my workplace offered more courses by McMillan which could assist me further I would definitely do them.Very grateful to had received this service.

McMillan has been very apt in condensing the Diploma of Government course modules into a crash program and the instructors have really done a fantastic job in delivering and assessing and providing feedback for the module works. I recently completed the Diploma of Leadership and Management with McMillan. What a positive experience it turned out to be. Right from the very first contact I knew that I had made the right choice. I felt that I was being challenged by the content and supported by Tony who could be relied on to keep me motivated and heading in the right direction. He had the ability to relate to me and my situation and his feedback and encouragement made me want to progress and succeed.While I found the course reaffirmed many things I already knew, it taught me even more, it helped me understand other ways that I could be using these skills to improve my leadership and management and to build more successful teams and to achieve goals.The online platform is pretty user friendly, even for my limited computer knowledge. I would thoroughly recommend McMillan to anyone wishing to further their knowledge and skills.

I did the Cert 4 in Project Management Practice. Very well run course. Excellent course material. Assessment tasks were concise, challenging and aligned perfectly to the course material. No fluff or getting you to jump through hoops. Delivery was excellent including presentation of material and tuition. Highly competent and experienced trainer who was very personable seemed to have a natural gift for teaching. Highly recommend this course for anyone in, or aspiring to be in, a project management type role.

Tony Pan was my trainer for my Cert IV in Business Administration. Went above and beyond and was so responsive to any questions. Ben McMillan was also easy to contact and on top of everything. They care more about the piece of paper and the money, and you finish your course with a really good understanding of the subjects. They were really flexible and allowed me to change units and tailor my projects to things relevant to my workplace. Would recommend to anyone.
