Never been happier to support a family business like Insight Blinds & Shutters Group. They have been so helpful and their work was perfect. We've been getting so many compliment on our curtains and I am SO happy with them. Guys - you have been amazing to deal with and we wish you all the best for Christmas and the New Year. we recently had a curtain installed by Insight Blinds and Shutters Group.We are very disappointed with the outcome.There were three attempts to install the curtain, and all three failed.The first curtain was not installed where we wanted it. We informed the installer of this who told us that if he put it where we wanted it would attract cobwebs and then he simply walked out.We complained which resulted in a call from the installer who was quite abrupt and rude. We terminated the call due to his attitude and belligerence.We then left numerous text messages on the phone of the state manager, however, none of the text messages were responded to. Out of frustration we called their 1300 number and managed to get the state manager on the phone straight away. Very clear to us that our attempts to contact and complain were deliberately not being answered or deliberately being ignored.The installer eventually returned and moved the curtain rod higher on the wall and took the curtain to be remade.When the installer returned with the new curtain, it was at least 30 centimetres too long. The installer took the curtain away to be adjusted.The installer returned for a third time, with the newly adjusted curtain only to find that it was still too long, however, the installer informed us that, that was normal and was referred to in their industry as 'kissing the ground'.The hem had also been removed and replaced with what might be loosely referred to as being overlocked (the profession calls this something else).We emailed the state manager who actually replied this time and informed us that it was standard install for a curtain to be overlocked and sitting on the floor and if the client wanted something else they would have to ask for it. However, In the two previous attempts at installation, the curtains were hemmed.We feel we have been lied to on numerous occasions and will not have anything further to do with Insight. We are going to pull the curtain down and throw it out and engage one of their competitors to hopefully measure and install what is a simple curtain.

My family had 2 Ziptraks installed by Insight, they were manufactured and installed incorrectly. Our family has been waiting for over 12 months for rectification works to fix all the issues. We have been promised several times that the work will be done, by the state manager Monica and owner of the business Paul. Now they do not answer calls, return voice messages and respond to texts or emails. I would think twice before dealing with this unprofessional company.The issues with the Ziptraks are1. Rubbers at bottom too short2. One Ziptrak is too long and has been forced in, bending the pelmet resulting in rubbing the shade cloth3. Shade cloth is loose, not tensioned properly4. No rod supplied to pull screen up/down5. Large gaps left at top of pelmet, at least 25mm6. Tracks left too long and forced in, and gaps at side of tracksThe Ziptraks were sold to us by Franco an Insight salesperson as an Insect proof room of the house. Franco no longer works for Insight.The Ziptraks were Manufactured and Installed by Jork from Ozy Blinds N Screens (OBNS) who were sub contracted by Insight. There had been meetings on site with Monica the state manager, Jork and myself in which all the issues were raised and we were promised they would be rectified. Email communications followed confirming how the rectification work would be done. Jork was even booked in to come back and did not show up. In the end when contacted Monica would not return phone calls or reply to messages or emails. Paul became involved about 10 months after installation. He and Monica came to site before Christmas just the two of them, which was still a construction site. Paul rang my wife while on site, my wife again raised all the issues with Paul who then commented that everything is good and told my wife I would accept this at my house "

Paul (owner) and the team from the start did a good job and cleaned up after installing curtains and shutters. The downfalls I had, came later on, were the screws and the curtain holders (screws were not in the studs which made the curtain holders lose and curtains started hanging on the ground) which Paul and the team came out to fix a couple times but it left holes in my walls. I did discuss this with Paul but was advised they cannot do anything about it which was very disappointing considering they drilled the wrong parts of the wall and they made the mistake. Now i have to fix the holes myself. If you can fix one hole that you damaged why can't you fix the others that you made? Later that day I went to pull my curtains back and saw there was rubbish left behind from the drilling that was done after Paul had fixed the rods/screws. Dissatisfied due to holes and rubbish left behind and nothing done about it after talking to the owner himself.

We recently had new shutters for our bedrooms/bathrooms and motorised shutters in the lounge. The final result was amazing and we couldn’t be happier.I loved that Paul was our contact from start to finish - Fantastic service and a great price, Paul make the whole process so easy. Would highly recommend Insight if looking for blinds or shutters.Thanks Paul!!!

I was really happy with the service and the lovely blinds and curtains that I bought from Insight Blinds and Shutters at Pitt Town. I would highly recommend them. It was just so easy, Paul came out after hours to give us a quote the then, arranged a suitable time for the installation. We were very happy with the product and excellent service. From our first initial quote meeting with Franco, to all the customer service throughout with Monica and finally the amazing installers who did a stunning job! We were super impressed with the entire process, all whilst they worked all through the stresses of COVID and didn’t drop the ball once. We LOVE our curtains and shutters so much, and everyone that comes over also falls in love with them. Thank you guys so much! We will definitely be back to finish off our home with some Security doors and roller blinds soon. Much appreciation to you all!

I highly recommend Insight Blinds and Shutters! They are so professional, have excellent attention to detail, really listen to you as the client and what you want and it has been an absolute pleasure working with them every step of the way! I am SO happy with the roller blinds and plantation shutters that they installed in my brand new home. After a nightmare building experience, dealing with Paul, Luisa and the team was an absolute breath of fresh air! I was so surprised at how affordable they are as well! We got a quote with a larger blind company beforehand and they were 4 times more expensive! So grateful to have discovered this wonderful company!
