Working with the Perth Building Broker was the perfect solution for my wife and I as we started the process of design our dream home. Matt is highly professional to deal with and his communication is excellent throughout the entire process. Our experience with Matt and the team at Perth Building Broker has been nothing short of amazing. We started off with an idea of how our house would look like, and ended up with a house which was beyond our wildest dreams. We could not be any more happier with our new house and Perth Building Broker played a massive part in making our dreams becoming a reality. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build a home and we can guarantee that they will have your best interests at heart.Our journey started when we approached a project builder to come up with a design for our house but unfortunately, we were bitterly disappointed with how it panned out. We then looked online for alternatives to building a house and came across Perth Building Brokers (PBB). I contacted them to see whether they could salvage our house design and they were more than happy to oblige.At our first meeting with Matt, he proposed a concept design for our house which blew us away. We were very impressed with the revamped layout as it met all our design criteria. Matt showed great flexibility in adjusting the house layout to accommodate our requests and even suggested a few options to improve certain aspects of our house.Once the layout was finalised, we were asked to do our prestarts on our house. We were pleasantly surprised to hear that we could select anything we want for our house, and not be limited to a preselected range. The team at PBB assisted us in our selections, and promptly answered all our questions regarding the prestart process and selections.At the same time, Matt and the team at PBB did not waste any time in getting our house engineered and certified by the council, as well as finalising the working drawings and addenda. Again they showed great patience and worked with us to make sure the house design included everything that we wanted, right down to the number of power points and lighting fixtures to name a few. This was all done within a couple months, which by then we were ready to tender out our design to various builders. The PBB team took care of this and approached the builders for pricing.Once the tender process was completed, PBB recommended a builder for our house and assisted us in finalising the working drawings and addenda for the contract. Matt even explained to us why this builder was recommended to us, which gave us great confidence that our house will be constructed as per the design. We signed the contract with the assurance that the builder would do a great job and that we would get our dream home.During the construction period, Matt kept in touch with us and the builder and ensured that the build remained on track. He also made sure that the house was constructed according to plan, right up to handover. The house was everything that we had hoped for, and once we were handed the keys, we wasted no time in moving into our new home. Most impressively, the house was built in a relatively short period of time, 10 months from slab until completion, especially when comparing to what was occurring around town.Upon reflection on the building process, if we are to build another house in the future, we would not hesitate in choosing Perth Building Brokers to assist us. The customer service and the quality of the work is exceptional, their knowledge of the housing industry is second to none, and they took a lot of stress out of the building process. Couldn't be happier with the work done by Matt and his team at PBB.After having trouble trying to find a building company able to modify their house designs to suit our unique block shape we were lucky to have Matt referred to us.Matt happily worked with us to custom design our home, with complete plans and engineered drawings at a 1/3 the price of other drafting companies we have used in the past.Having a certain idea of style that we wanted with champagne taste on a beer budget, we are really excited with the design that Matt & Coral came up with to keep us happy & on track!After full working plans and Addenda were complete PBB found us a niche builder to build our home at a great price.We also had many other issues to over come as we were demolishing and rebuilding a on duplex block that was attached via a party wall to the adjacent duplex.All issues regarding rerouting power, retaining walls, council approvals, demolition permits etc was all taken care of.Matt is down to earth and easy to get along with, always returns calls and has kept us informed on progress every step of the way.Very happy with the service from Matt and his teamJustin & Jodie

It all sounded too good to be true as I struggled to come to terms with my new reality but Matt took all the pressure & worry away. He was so patient with my poor decision making. He is very reassuring, always trying to make it easier.Matt’s energy & enthusiasm is boundless, communication faultless & his knowledge & attention to detail incredible. He is always ahead of the game & I haven’t had to worry about anything. Coral really listened to my brief & came up with an ‘out of this world’ design.Living onsite whilst build happens has been so much better than expected. The tradies are a terrific bunch, thoughtful & never stop working, even in poor weather.I am so fortunate & thankful to have these exceptional people building a magnificent, architecturally designed forever home made especially for me. Have been working with PBB since mid-late last year to build our dream home. Matt's been great and very responsive to all modes of communication. He's built a great team that have helped advise us as we've designed our home with them. They've been great to bounce ideas off and their industry knowledge is excellent. They've been able to help advise us when our colour or furnishing choices have been a bit wild.Our plans have been sent for tender and we're at the stage of awaiting prices from builders so are very excited!Michael and MarianyUpdate 1: The tender process has now happened very smoothly and resulted in us getting what seems like a very reputable builder. As usual, every effort was taken to accommodate our time availability. Given we work on weekdays, Matt was kind enough to organise a meeting with the builder and us on a Saturday which made us feel just that more comfortable with signing the build contract.

I couldn't fault a single thing Matt and the team is offering. Every questions, query or concerns I had was addressed within few hours and with ease. Specially Matt's communication is exceptional.Unfortunately my personal circumstance is changed so I am unable to continue with the build this time but I would definitely go to PBB / Matt Graves when I am ready to build again.PBB has exceptional team offering very professional service. I would like to thank the team at Perth Building Broker for the amazing job they did for myself and my wife with our home in Hillary’s.I would highly recommend anyone building to contact this company, Matt, Coral and the entire team were committed to a high level of customer service, and we have built many times before this build.The level of professionalism was noticed from the beginning at the design brief meeting all the way until the completion of the build. Nothing was too much trouble.Within 2 weeks of our first meeting, we received plans that we almost did not need to even adjust, this clearly showed us they were listening.What we ended up with was high level detailed plans and documentation including multiple 3d life like colour images, engineering drawings, detailed specifications and a fixed price before we signed. The craftsmanship and very high-quality finish of our build was great but knowing it was a fixed price made the experience so enjoyable. These guys know their stuff.
