Alfresco o/door furniture is so different with a beautiiful range of furniture, so much choice , i only needed 1 item & i found the perfect peice. The staffs knowledge of products outstanding & very friendly nothing was a problem. I have found a hidden gem so guys if u want good quality & something different this is definitely the place 2 go. All was good until I went to pick up the item that I paid over $2k for. The 'gentleman' could not have been ruder or less helpful. The parts of the item were in two different spots and I was simply ordered to collect it all myself. I was grunted at when requesting assistance to load onto my vehicle. I now regret spending my money at the store and will NEVER return or recommend it to anyone.

Was collapsing my Shelta Cantilever umbrella due to a pending storm approaching. Just as I was about to secure the canopy a gust of wind caught it and turned it inside out. I had purchased the umrella several years ago it was the Shelta Centenary edition from Alfresco. When I approached Alfresco they went out of their way to see if parts were available and they sourced the replacement part that I needed. Excellent customer service , hard to find these days.

I have bought many pieces of lovely outdoor furniture and cushions from The lovely helpful lady who runs and owns alfresco furniture for myself and just recently my sister needed some pieces for her home so I took her straight to Alfresco for one good reasonThe honest helpful approach is second to none and the quality of the furniture is first classMost importantly the after sales service is always there unlike big dept stores who are on target based selling alfresco is there for the customer without being pushyI would recommend anyone looking for great service and lovely furniture to go to the lovely helpful lady at alfresco furniture warners bay
