Neighbours Aid - Op Shop Nambour

Huge shop. Most of my furniture comes from here. This is where I take my grandkids to shop to show them the value of intelligent shopping. I have bought some exquisite clothes here for $8 that I could never afford to buy new. Also a great selection of books. Kitchenware electrical appliances. Be smart in this day and age buy bargains at the same time your helping others.

A huge thank you and appreciation to Gus and staff at neighbours aid Nambour store for the time, care and attention in packing a specialised disability shower commode for transport to Sydney. the transport company misplaced it for more than a week, It finally turned up without any damage thanks to the extra protection and packaging. Outstanding helpful service

The front desk service was being racist. I am an Asian lady, after I have picked my items i went to the checkout at the front, the lady saw me and said hello to me, which made me thought she was polite and would serve me well, but then what she did was disrespectful. When she was halfway through serving me, a fair-skinned lady beside me was glancing at the jewelry on the table and asked her for the prices, she immediately stopped serving me and responded to the fair-skinned lady instead. I waited for a while then she came back and served me. If the lady behind me kept asking questions, I would of have to waited for longer. I would like to know was this just a defect of the customer service of the shop or was it because of her awful behaviour caused this rudeness?

The Manager (Grant) has assembled friendly staff and the store is run very well.They have some great items, especially quality furniture.

This is a great place to shop,curios,white goods,TVs, outstanding book selection,outstanding furniture in fact a fun and inexpensive way to spend a morning or Arvo looking for that one little thing you just can't find anywhere else.and,of course, lovely staff,did I mention the clothes,retro and otherwise,sheets,doonas,paintings.enjoy

Repulsive vile and rude manager Suzie ordered a products from my store, then once she had received and used the products, had the audacity to contact her bank and have the money reversed. its no wonder she works in an op shop. sheesh

Big store plenty of room and parking prices are pretty good
