Mr Rental Tweed

*DO NOT use this service, ever**I contacted Mr Rental, Tweed Heads, Tumbulgum, Arundel and Ashmore Gold Coast when we decided to move to the far north coast of NSW, and needed to rent furniture while our own furniture truck arrived from 1000km away.On the day of delivery, we had already driven over 900km with 2 dogs in the car and still hadn't heard from the driver so I called their office, only to be told by the manager, the truck driver wouldn't be able to deliver the furniture that day and we had to wait 2 days. No body from the team bothered to let us know and apparently other drivers refused to help out the company, which says a lot about the upper management if staff won't work when called upon.We asked them help us sort something out as we had 3 week's worth of groceries due for delivery to our new place arriving late evening, as the fridge was part of our package order. I asked if they could foot the bill for a motel or refund us motel accommodation as we were not at fault.She told me she'd check with the powers that be" then called to say these "powers that be" said in fact it was their right to exercise delivery within 48 hours of agreed date

I have been a client of Mr Rental Lismore for about 3 years. I have found them to be very professional and helpful at every interaction. From the first time I entered the business to my most recent dealings.A couple of weeks ago my laptop decided to pack it in. I had a new computer within 24 hours of dropping the computer off at the store.12 hours later I discovered a charging problem with the replacement. We have rented a fridge from these guys for the last 2 Christmas holidays and have it delivered to a caravan park, they are so easy to deal with and the delivery man (Tim) is an absolute credit to them. Nothing is to much trouble for him and he keeps us updated on the drop off and pickup. Unlike most service industry this company actually does what they promise, we will be using them again that's for sure, Thanks again.
