Installer turned up and was given wrong information on what was booked in, so didn’t have correct equipment with him, which was ok but then I’ve been quoted extra service and travel call out fee to finish job they’ve started but couldn’t finish due to their own mistake. Receptionist didn’t want to know about my concerns and told me it’s my problem.Couldn’t recommend to anyone

Employed to install 4 fans, installed incorrectly. We have fixed 3 of the 4 fans on our own and they have the audacity to charge for fixing their own mistakes. Don't bother with these guys for electrical installation.Edited : Thanks for your reply Kool Heat, of course, your account has not been paid because you installed the fans incorrectly. Last time I checked when you f..k something up you don't get paid for it, not a single time has your office offered to come and rectify the issue. Review still stands, haven't fallen on hard times just didn't come down in the last shower to have Kool Heat rip us off.
