At the time of this review, we have not signed a contract yet but Bruno has provided us a lot of valuable advice that has helped us to avoid mistakes while planning to build an investment home through Simonds home. His responses are quick and to the point and obviously he is working very hard to get us the answers to our queries because almost all of his responses are after office hours, sometimes even after 11pm!Bruno was extremely clear about our budget, and what we were looking for in terms of our investment. He patiently worked through all the available and affordable house plans and upgrade options for us to fit our budget to come up with a beautiful home without us having to make any compromises.We also contacted some other builders who were either too busy or not interested to build for us. They never returned our calls but Bruno promptly attended to our online enquiry and ensured that we are looked after well. A true professional approach towards customers!We thought of sharing our experiences with anyone who is planning to build a first home or investment to approach Bruno at Simonds. Extremely helpful.
