Absolutely disgusting ordered my sons birthday cake on line Friday got AN email it was ready Sunday to collect after 2pm checked website close at 5 pm got there at 4pm closed rang no answer other customers upset as I was there had to ring parkholme to quickly get another birthday cake for my son . Sign on door at torrensville said closed at 4pm sun. Not even the decency to ring and advise closing at 4pm , very disappointing disrespectful of this company. No compensation the day afterWill never buy from againManager wasn’t available either very disappointing again very bad service they don’t care don’t buy from !!!!

We ordered an elmo cake for our daughter's first birthday. The cake was beautifully done and the taste was nice. The ordering process was seamless and the staff members were helpful. Highly recommended.

Always buy cakes from the Cheesecake Shop Henley Beach. The cakes are fresh, delicious and tasty. Staff is friendly. Outside of the shop, there is a sitting area. If you have time, it's always good to buy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake with very good price to enjoy your day. Those cakes in the attached photos are my favorite ones.

It was a really bad experience on my last visit. The cake was good. But the customer service was not up to the mark. They didn't have any plastic bags for 30 cents (said finish) so I had to get a $2 bag. When I am paying $36 for a cake why should the customer pay $2 for the bag ?When I asked the question he said please query that with the cheese cake head office. Maybe set up a customer friendly rule, when 30 cents plastic bag not there give the $2 bag for plastic bag Price. Please note Woolies and other places this $2 bag here cost 20 cents :)

$5.90 for coffee and cake. Fast service. Nice cake slices with several varieties to choose from. Coffee was hot; perhaps not the best blend I’ve had but still ok. Great value!

We go to this joint often. Last week we ordered a rainbow cake with a spiderman image for our oldest son's seventh birthday. The cake was so awesome a lot of people took a second slice saying they cannot resist it. Hardly anything was left at the end of the party. We are very happy with the store at Torrensville.
