Dezina Kitchen and Bathroom

Vince has done a truly magnificent job rectifying some issues in our ensuite bathroom with tricky heritage tiling and access. He was meticulous, professional, clean and his communication was excellent. The entire process was completely stress-free. We cannot thank him enough! Would certainly recommend him and would hire him again without question.

Vince did an AMAZING job on our bathroom which was a complete renovation including demo. Vince went above and beyond to ensure we could have the best possible outcome for our renovation, he has outstanding attention to detail and is a great problem solver. My husband and I are skeptical people in general.We were exceptionally skeptical when choosing the right person to renovate our bathroom because a) it was going to cost at least $20,000 and b) our apartment building was over 90 years old.I had spoken to a few builders before Vince and as soon as I met Vince, I knew he was the one. I mean, he was the only one who bothered to knock on the walls to check their integrity!Anyway, long story short, we couldn't be happier with how Vince handled everything.• Communication was prompt and honest so even unexpected problems weren't too upsetting• Our opinions/requests were respected and options were provided accordingly to keep any additional costs manageable• Our home was left as tidy and clean as possibleIt's been 2 weeks since the renovation completed and our bathroom is looking beautiful and functioning well. Vince gave us a competitive quote which we accepted. Our bathroom was 100% replaced from the walls and roof to all new tiles and accessories. On Vince's advice we went with him to pick all tiles and accessories to be installed. We felt very much part of our bathroom rebuild and found Vince to be very informative during the whole process. The job was completed on time and the finished product exceeded our expectations. We would like to add our beautiful photos to this review but unfortunately it does not allow us.

Vince did an awesome job on our bathroom renovation. He was very easy to deal with, did a really high quality job and cared about his work. He provided great advice along the way and even took us shopping for all the fittings and fixtures. Would highly recommend him.

Vince recently completed a total strip out and creation of a new bathroom for our daughter on the 3rd level of her apartment complex. The work required moving plumbing, electrics, tiling etc. Vince was a real professional and the quality of his work is excellent. He kept us informed of start date and always responded promptly when we needed to speak with him. He is tidy and ensured the common areas of the complex were left clean each evening. We would highly recommend Vince and are very happy with the new bathroom.

He was willing to listen to what we wanted and then to offer suggestions on how that could be achieved. On each subsequent visit the same very positive attributes were exhibited. I wanted to thank Vince for his fantastic workmanship and his ongoing professionalism during the process when completing my Bathroom Renovations. Vince did a total renovation of both our bathrooms - a small shower room and a combined laundry/bathroom. It was a biggish project and not without challenges but it was finished very thoroughly and professionally in approx seven weeks. Vince is very reliable, hard working, experienced and personable. He has a can-do attitude, is easy to deal with and trustworthy. He is not a ‘yes’ man however and will tell you if doesn’t recommend doing something that he doesn’t agree with from a functional or aesthetic point of view. He also has a team of excellent suppliers and tradesmen which was great when it came to our custom shower screen and cabinetry. We are very happy with the finished rooms and would recommend Dezina to others.
