Very highly recommended. Big jobs or small jobs, Wally does them all or organises someone else to do them.Wally's team did a great job on a wide variety of repairs and maintenance work on our house. Wally went to a lot of trouble to work out the best solution for everything we needed done. He came up with sensible and economical fixes for several fairly serious wood rot problems, including fixing both ends of a very old pitched roof, and, fixing some shoddy building work under the house beneath a leaky shower recess. Wally fixed these problems with a minimum of fuss and with excellent results, which was a relief for us because we had such trouble getting other builders to quote, reply to calls, turn up when they said they would etc etc.On that score, it's often hard to find anyone to do anything on a house but Wally and his crew do most things and do them very well. They repainted the outside of the house (including repainting a shed and driveway gate), resealed 2 bathrooms, repaired water-damaged tiling in a bathroom, repaired the castors on a very large and heavy internal sliding door, replaced the castors on an external sliding door, replaced fly screens on 8 external doors, repaired and repainted several bits of wood work and flooring in the house, and organised for a tiler and a plumber to give advice about solutions for other problems we have.Wally and his team are great to deal with - friendly, flexible and skilful. And they come back to check on their work afterwards...

Thank you for the work you have just completed for us and we are most pleased with the outcome. We would also like to leave the following comments:We first used Wally (EHM) in 2007 when we purchased our present house and it needed considerable work including painting inside and out which the EHM team completed. Since then we have used Wally on three further occasions for painting jobs.In the most recent repaint we discovered an internal water leak emanating from the balcony which had supposedly been repaired by another tradesperson 5 or 6 years ago. The advantages of using Wally to provide the solution and repair soon became evident. Within his team he had all the trades covered we required, including; a glazier, builders, a tiler and painter. Wally managed the whole process and it was seamless for us. The only issues we faced were delays due to poor weather and some holdups procuring supplies.The outcome is first rate and the level of work that went into the repair will ensure we have no further issues for a long period of time. We are now in the process of planning a further renovation and we intend to again use Wally and his team.We can highly recommend Wally and each of the team involved for their work and Wally for the removal of the angst in managing and co-ordinating multiple tradespersons on a single job. Over a lifetime our single biggest issue is getting good tradespersons to do quality work in a timely manner. EHM provides this.Well done to all!

To Wally and StaffWe did our bathroom renovations and got Wally and his team to do it. They came highly recommended from friends and they definitely lived up to their excellent reputation.The quote was reasonable and Wally was more than happy to discuss .The work was completed in time, was extremely well done to our liking and Wally used to personally come over virtually every other day to ensure all was well. He even gave us lots of ideas without burning our pocket on how we could proceed to make it look good. His staff were exceptional , the tiler , the handyman and plumber.The bathroom looks excellent , of very high standards and attention taken to detail . We are more than satisfied with the end product. We definitely are looking into getting Wally to carry out other works that we may have in the near future. Wally's Executive Home Management have undertaken a number of home improvement projects for us over the past 10 years - painting interior of house, replaced ridge-capping, 'face-lift' to bathroom, and, most recently, improvements to our patio area including erecting a timber screen. All work has been completed to the highest standard. We are more than happy with the finished work and with the way Walter consulted with and provided excellent advice, including suggesting alternatives, all the way through the projects. We will be using Wally's Executive Home Management for any future home improvement jobs.

I had them repair a sliding door in my apartment a couple of weeks ago. Wally was super responsive to my enquiry and set up an appointment very quickly. Michael and George who came to fix the door arrived at the designated time and efficiently completed what seemed to be quite an involved task in about 40 minutes. I am very happy the door is now sliding smoothly again!

Wally and his team had done such a great job for me five years ago in my previous home that I brought them back to build a guard rail around my deck and to re-oil woodwork which provides the decorative frontage to my two-story townhouse.Once again, I was completely happy with the work done on both jobs. Wally came up with creative solutions, his team arrived on time, did the work to a very high standard and did a total cleanup.They were all a pleasure to deal with. Cannot fault them.
