first time visiting this salon, and I must say I’ve left very much satisfied they did a great job!! Love the shape and colour of my nails, the ladies here are so sweet and kind, will definitely be returning for another service!! Thank you!

I’ve noticed that the replies to these “Reviews “ are all GENERIC!!I have used this salon twice and both times .. she hasn’t listened (or not understood what I asked for) ( thought I’d give the benefit of the doubt)Anyway, both times, she was VERY ROUGH.. my fingers, especially the index finger, HURTS so much! I’m an older lady with a bit of arthritis in a finger or two… tried to tell her she was SQUEEZING too hard but she just smiled and kept going…I’ll find another salon next time… I’m a local and was trying to support local business… but once bitten , twice… ah ah no way!!

Worst customer service I have ever been to, the moment I have walked into the salon the lady serving me was rude and grumpy. I originally was going to ask to do pedicure and sns but the lady has made me so uncomfortable. Her handling was rough and she barely cleaned my cuticles. I had then made up an excuse to just pay for the removal of manicure and pedicure because I could not deal with the disrespect this salon has shown me. I paid to get out because one lady was rude and made me uncomfortable being there. The other lady with short hair was professional. The lady that was rude was the one with the long hair on the photos of this salon. I would recommend anyone that’s looking for a good salon to go to NW nails instead, they are friendly, respectful and very neat with pedicure and cleaning the cuticles and have the best service !

Would not recommend- extremely rude service & seeing as though this is a new business you would think they would want to keep customers instead of pushing them away.

Worst customer service ever I have bad ocd and I told the lady I had that straight away asked her to have them a certain length and she filed them down more so that they weren’t the length I asked for ans two of my nails are way shorted them the rest not straight I asked her to fixed my nails so many times and didn’t do what I asked I was so angry the whole time becuase I didn’t get what I asked for ended up crying when I got into my car I paid extra for length as well not happy !

don't waste your money here, honestly the worst pedicure ever !

Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. The staff were rude, telling me they were too busy to look for all of the three the polish options I picked, until I told them to just pick a colour for me. The lady got annoyed with me for asking for chrome powder on my nails, and then was quite rough with my hands leaving me with cuts all over my fingers. There were 3 customers in the salon, and every time a new customer came in and ask how the long the wait was, the staff laughed saying “how would I know” and turned them away. You’d think a new business surrounded by competing salons would work harder to get and keep customers.

I don’t recommend this place at all, she was really rude didn’t give me what i asked for, cut me and was overall just really disrespectful.

I asked the nail tech if they were able to do a french tip with a line like the first photo and they said yes, when they tried it came out really bad so i left with just the french tip. Very upset they were not honest and just said they couldn’t do it. I’ve paid for and left with nails i don’t really like when i could have gone somewhere else that could do it.
