Jessi at Robina Town Centre’s Skin Kandy helped me out so much. I was unsure about what I wanted to get done exactly, and she was able to give me heaps of options and advice. This is actually the second time she’s helped me figure out what I wanted to do.I also have a really hard time around needles, and Jessi was so kind about that. She kept me calm and distracted through the whole process of getting my flat and forward helix pierced in one session. I definitely think it was the easiest time I’ve had, and I’ve gone to a few different places before hand.I really recommend Skin Kandy if you’re considering a piercing. Their staff are super knowledgeable, and everything is so safe and clean out the back where the procedures are done. They’ve also been happy to help me with changing out my jewelry when needed as well.Thank you very much for your help again, Jessi!!

Had the helix done at SkinKandy Robina by Jessie and she was really professional. Was nervous at first but the end result looks wonderful! The other staff are also very lovely : ) would recommend

Very happy with my experience this morning with Jessi. Was able to take out a previous piercing (not correctly placed by another store) and sorted out new placement for a second helix. So much happier with this now :) Definitely recommend the Robina store now, very friendly staff!

I got a navel piercing a while ago. The piercer was Jessie and they were the absolute sweetest. I don’t think I would have had the guts to get it if they weren’t my piercer

Went in just now and got my septum, piercer was named Jessi, they where really friendly and wasn't rude or anything, was calm and kind while I got it pierced and did a good job, not crooked and looks real good, a solid 3.5/10 pain!was all around really lovely, thanks! : )

Jessi and the team there are great!The store proves their expertise through their advice and knowledge, and are highly customer focused rather than taking your money for the piercing and leave you to it.

Our 6 year old requested her ears to be pierced. Oh gosh was I more nervous than her - hell yeah!I contacted a few places, Jessi at Skin Kandy explained to me it would be best to book when they have two operators available to make the experience less 'scary'.Wham-bam-thank-you-maam. My 6 year old took in her cuddly toy, Jessi took her through everything step-by-step, spoke to her and connected with her like a little lady. My daughter is so happy, and the piercings look fantastic!

I went to get my belly pierced. They were extremely rude! They said my belly wasn't able to be pierced because my navel didn't look right. I have an average belly button which has been told from everyone else is actually better to pierce. I got it pierced elsewhere and t was perfectly fine. They also told my friend that the scare on her belly button from her past pericing will look a lot worse if she got it repeirced and just made the situation really awkward and rude. She still got hers done and it looks perfectly fine. I wish I could say I nice thing about my experience but they were nothing but manipulative entitled rude people

I usually love this place, however today I went to get my seconds and tragus done. Firstly I was told I couldn’t use my loyalty card which was upto a free piercing, unsure why. The lady was lovely but was very persistent that I get needles instead of the gun for my seconds and that it was the best way for adults. I was told by the other staff that it would be $120 for both piercings as I got titanium too. Once finished I was charged $185 as apparently getting it done with a needle counts as 2 different piercings which I was not told and then was not offered to get the buy 3 get 1 free piercings as I had now paid for 3. I was super upset that I was not explained this and was told a much cheaper price before hand. Personally wouldn’t go back after this experience, $185 for my seconds and a tragus is rediculus.
