The worst service ever even one star is a lot. I bought the wiper blades for my car yesterday and they installed it. Next day going on a holiday with my family the wipers were not working well. I passed by told them to check it . They told i had to wait 45m!! Whyy?? No reason they had many available to help me and very few customers i explained am going on a holiday my family in the car and it’s raining it takes just seconds they still said you have to wait for 30 or 40m. Rediculous, stupid and poor quality products they didnt even accept to give me a refund

Came to this store to get seat covers for my ute as it was the closest store that had my ute type. The lady checked on her system and seen that they had them in their store. Because it was a clearance item they apparently had shoved it back into the racking and it was hidden somewhere but they couldn't remember where exactly.Instead of finding it for me she was lazy and suggested I go to another store to buy it from there. I drove from Penrith area to blacktown to get this as it was the closest to me but still a fair bit of a drive.Laziness from staff has put me off from ever using SCA blacktown again

Part of the supercheap service is that with certain items you can pay to get someone from supercheap to install. Twice now I have been told that they can't. It's very disappointing considering the two items I needed fitted were simple and easy, I just didn't have the tools.Supercheaps all over provide this service and I feel as though this particular supercheap would rather do things the easy way.There was plenty of staff members on the floor talking to each other doing nothing at the time so to be told no one was available is quire simply laughable.Pathetic retail outlet

From when I entered to when I left was very happy with the service.The girl packing the shelves was very knowledgeable of the store and was happy to help. The lady serving also was very good at her job made the visit fast and easy, wish everywhere was like this.

Was looking for products to polish and buff the car. The store is a good outlay and a staff member was helpful to refer us to isle. Bought 4 different products to try from the Meguiar's range. No large wait times in the queue. Good experience overall.

Anastasia from Super cheap Auto Blacktown was absolutely fantastic in resolving my trolley Jack issue. I had this Jack in storage for some time hardly used but somehow I couldn’t get it to work. She had a look at it, and was glad to exchange it. She made me feel very valued as a VIP. member. I hope she gets a mention or a gift card of time off regarding this review . She was Fantastic! The crew here are amazing!!! Minchinbury and Penrith stores should only learn from Blacktown crew who actually want to help customers not turn them down or tell me i am unsure when the technician is in next 'cause i am to lazy to find out' Minchinbury and Penrith require urgent customer service training :-)

Unfortunately supercheap auto does have some fitment discrepancies in their online guides from my experience. However the team at supercheap have always been very helpful with every inquiry I have had about any fitment or whether the part would be okay to use on my car.

The person who served me at the counter was on her first day in the job. Her great attitude more than made up for the slightly slower checkout experience. Everybody else in the store had the same great attitude, and also experience to make sure I got what I needed.
