Michael Hill Harbour Town

The sales lady laid to us about the price. The prices that she told us are much higher than the online website and other local MH stores. She also wanted to charge additional fee of different size if they don't have that in stock!! What a shame!!If you want to have good shopping experience, don't go to the harbour town store. Go other MH stores in local shopping center.

Absolutely love the customer service here, especially from Rebecca. I have been coming to this store for a few years now. It is the only Michael hills on the Gold Coast, that my husband and I go to. I always love to come and see Rebecca, she just brings such a warmth and caring quality.

Have been to MH in Harbour Town for few times before, however, absolutely no attention gained from the sales reps. Girls were usually too busy with themselves to notice a potential customer in the store.Last visit made a change tho. 5 stars only for amazing customer service provided by Aggie.

Don’t usually write reviews but I Came to this Michael hill after purchasing a ring, was told the ring could not be resized as it would possibly damage the ring and make the small diamonds fall out. Then told by the manager ( Rebecca ) that the ring COULD be resized but it almost felt as if she was trying to get more money out of us despite the quality of the ring. Seemed unprofessional. She was also quite rude and talked badly about another employee from a different store location, was judgemental about her skills and basically said we shouldn’t trust her. We did end up getting a refund but the service was questionable. Won’t come here again, quite disappointed with the treatment of customers.

My husband and I recently visited the Michael Hill Jewellers store at Harbourtown Gold Coast and had an excellent experience. Diana was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she was able to answer all of our questions and help us find the perfect gift for our granddaughter. Tara was also very helpful in having the items nicely boxed for us. The staff were friendly and professional,and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewellery.

Their repairmen-ship is terrible, sent away an item to be fixed that broke, returned broken & still paid for it.Take your repairs to a real jeweller

My partner took me here on our 2nd year anniversary to buy me a gift and the staff and manager are extremely helpful! We ended up buying almost $800+ worth of jewelries and they also gave additional discount on top of the sale price. Thank you for making our day extra special!!

Purchased some items from Harbour Town and Rebecca's knowledge and service was outstanding. Highly recommended and will definitely been purchasing more items in the future

I visited this store with the intent to buy a ring and recognized a customer service professional (Maki) who I had seen at a previous store. I requested to speak with her because I found her approach really lovely. She was attentive and helpful without being pushy. However her co-worker who decided to assist her was extremely rude ended up being really pushy in her sales; she treated me as though I was a number and not a human being. It was really unfortunate I had wanted to buy a ring that day and the poor customer service is the reason I chose not to from this branch. I instead purchased from Westfield Helensvale and they were wonderful.
