Battery World Hornsby

My car battery has been low for a little while so I went in on my way to work on Friday thinking I would swap the battery myself over on Saturday. Was very lucky to have them say they would do it for me right then and there, the whole process took just 10 mins. Extremely helpful store and saved me having to do it myself when I probably would have made a mistake in the process. Thanks for going above and beyond!

I needed a new car battery . The men at Battery World Hornsby were fast and efficient . It took only 14 minutes to chose , install and pay. They were friendly and helpful. Plus my battery has 40 months waranty !!!!

Came to battery world as I didn't want to wait a week or more to see the mechanic or dealership. My battery was a dealership spec that was 7 years old and not very efficient.Changed the battery within 30min.Also, they presented me with two battery options, one Japanese the other European.I was very impressed to see that they were honest and didn't pressure you to go with a more expensive option. I actually was leaning more towards the more expensive European spec due to the higher draw. However I ended up going with the Japanese battery to match my car brand.Battery was perfect, actually increased my fuel range (probably to do with how it stores and disperses energy)The business is also helping to support the surrounding businesses too as they encourage you to get a drink or something to eat.

One of the staff members agreed to honor a price match of a battery. When I went in a week later Sonny told me that I must have been mistaken and if his employee has said that he would be fired (he also suggested that I was lying). He went on to explain that he would match it but only if it included the shipping fees which I agreed to. After that he changed his mind and then insisted that he would only price match with two select online stores which were much more expensive. This was meaning he was asking for an extra $200 on top of the original agreed price on what his employee had agreed to.After conversation Sonny asked me to leave the store.Extremely disappointed with the service and won't be going back again. Zero stars.

Went to Battery World to change my battery! Service was excellent! Sunny and and the other sales attendant were very helpful. No problem so far. Highly recommended!

Great telephone service and even better in person. My ride-on mower battery was cactus and these guys pointed me in the right direction. They did all the necessary testing of the old battery and then organised a replacement plus a solar trickle feed charger. One very happy customer here :)

Sunny and Matt replaced the battery in my 1980 Holden Rodeo and did a great job. First, they checked the alternator to ensure it was working properly. Then, they also found that and after market radio had been wired directly to the battery which is probably why it died. They disconnected that for me and it now functions properly. Excellent sleuthing and solutions. Good price too!
