I cannot imagine purchasing bedtime furniture anywhere else, Emma and Ash are lovely, knowledgeable, patient and so experienced with their products (plus Emma has provided us with some incredibly helpful, rational, and welcome advice when we’ve been stuck on decisions, thank you Emma, you humble parenting guru).The products are high quality and we especially love the eco/non-toxic element to the ones we have purchased (their mattresses are THE BEST and made in Adelaide and are hypoallergenic).A local, family-run business with high quality products and exceptional service, could you ask for anything more?

Bought a bed from Out of Cot 15 March following great reviews. Was given a lead time of 8 weeks which was passed weeks ago. Have had to follow up several times thriugu my own time with estimated dates changing constantly and a promise of the bed arriving this week after all sorts of stories as to delays. Guess what, haven't heard from them in 5 days and bed still hasn't arrived.Really love helping Aussie businesses but this has been a nightmare to deal with and would say purchase at your own peril.

I bought my daughters loft bed from Out of the Cot for her birthday and once trying to order one I realised that I had left this too late as these were not easy to get on such a quick timeline.But this company went out of their way to make sure I received it on time, going well beyond what would be expected from a company. Genuine care was shown towards me and more importantly, my daughter. They wanted to go the extra mile to make sure she had her birthday surprise and it will not be forgoten. Thankyou very much!Highly recommended!!!(product was also amazing and my daughter LOVES it)

Out of the Cot is run by super lovely people who ensure their customers are taken care of. We purchased a Babyhood Vogue Glider Chair from them and found it to be faulty. Emma was fabulous and helped us go back and forth with Babyhood to try and claim on the warranty. Unfortunately Babyhood are a terrible company to deal with and wouldn't accept our claim but Out of the Cot ensured we weren't left with a faulty product. Whilst I definitely wouldn't recommend Babyhood products I couldn't recommend Out of the Cot more. Fabulous people and fabulous business!

Not only did they arrive quickly, they are of the highest quality at a very reasonable price.It is so refreshing to buy online and receive not only the best customer service and communication but more importantly once the sale was complete it was even better to receive a product that actually was as good or better than described on your site.They arrived without a mark or scratch on them.

I just wanted to say thank you so much for the two beds - both boys are delighted with them. My youngest is sleeping through the night for the first time and my eldest now can use his small room to chill. ( he has also said how comfortable the bed is) Can’t thank you enough, really well made and great company to deal with and came well in advance of Christmas.

OOTC provide outstanding customer service and sales advice. The owner was so lovely to deal with and the quality of the furniture is really good. I won't hesitate shopping here again and would definitely recommend them, for the quality of their furniture and to support a local small business.

What a gorgeous store! There is such a great range of quality beds and bedding and the styling is so well done it gives you great ideas for setting up/updating your own children's rooms. I also find it brilliant for children's gifts because there are so many fab non-bedding children's things available. The staff have always been amazing with the help they've given me.
