Austin & Shane were professional in their approach and worked carefully moving my belongings. When finished, Shane also noticed my car needed unloading, & offered to do that as well. Totally unexpected.I would recommend them to anyone needing to move, as they were recommended to me by a friend as well.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They were subcontracted to us through a different company, which was a shame because if we’d known, we would have hired them directly. They did an amazing job, we’re efficient while taking care with our things and navigating a very small lift and awkward items.Highly recommend! Hit them up instead of the major Canberra companies.

What a great experience with Next Gen Removals!!Austin and Team showed up on time at short notice, were well equipped, and communicated clearly.Our move was complicated and under difficult circumstances. We were half way through a renovation, so access was not the easiest for the Next Gen Crew. We needed half the furniture and boxes removed to our storage facility and the other half moved to an apartment where we are staying.I ran through what was needed and where everything needed to go with The team once and they listened attentively and understood, and confirmed. This was fantastic and made the whole job go so smoothly.Our belongings were handled and packed into the truck with great care. No breakages, and everything ended up where it needed to go.I also noticed the truck was clean, neat and tidy with a good supply of moving equipment (plenty of straps, blankets and trolleys).I will definitely be reaching out to Austin at Next Gen when we need to move back after the renovation.

Austin and Shane moved furniture for us today from Michelago to Bungendore. Access was tricky at both ends but it didn't phase them. Smiling and helpful at all times. All items were carefully moved, wrapped for protection and then u n loaded and placed at our new place with great care. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use again.

Austin and Shane were subcontracted to us by a different removalist but should have picked them instead if I knew them beforehand. They provided excellent service and good value for money. They disassembled and assembled back our 3 beds with no issues and moved our stuff carefully. They advised you everytime they will take a break and in the end was honest with the hours they charge you for. Highly recommended!
