Excellent customer service, Angela was amazing, helped me buy what I exactly needed, even it wasnt in springfield shop, she found it and even picked it up herself from another branch for me. I was able to get it the next day I ordered. So happy :)

Kirsten from the Springfield store was absolutely amazing in helping me find a gift for my husband for our anniversary. She was extremely helpful, guiding me on what to buy and what products I could use. All with a smile on her face and with a general chat. I frequently shop at this place, and the staff are always helpful and delightful. However, today seems to have been an unfortunate day. I had a phone conversation on Thursday night regarding my malfunctioning GHD, and I inquired whether I should go through GHD directly or visit the store. The polite lady on the phone advised me to come into the store, assuring me they would take care of it. On Saturday, when I entered the store and explained the issues to the lady working there, she stared at me and asked rather rudely, Do you have your proof of purchase?" It felt as though she assumed I hadn't come prepared

There is a lady here who is very attentive to the customers. She had a lot of customers but was good enough to remember the order in which to serve them, even browsers. When she made her way to me she remembered me from last time which was nice. 5 stars to her.

Went there seeking advice about quality shavers for beginners, was sold a product that was told was high quality for the price range. The product, despite countless attempts to use it, worked horrendously and when researching reviews and ways to use it, there was only negative comments on it. Im dissapointed this store would even host this product considering the background it has, to say i feel scammed is an understatement.EDIT: since this review, ive had contact from the regional manager and we've come to a resolution. This issue was handled very professionally from the regional managers.
