Great equipment great trainers and friendly members. All levels of ability catered for. The social aspect is a nice touch. 24/7 access is particularly useful for me. Love this club/gym

This is the best gym I've ever been a member of ( six others). A different program every day plus excellent equipment which is well maintained (no 'out of order' signs!) plus very professional trainers who are quick to give tips and advice and a really friendly and supportive atmosphere add up to the best place to get and stay fit.

I have been a member of EFM Glenelg on & of ( due to health reasons)for over 20 years . I have always found the gym very inviting, with personal attention received with your technique and caring with any medical issues.Ps. They make sure that you don’t slacken off which is good as we can if allowed to.The other good thing about EFM Glenelg is there aren’t any mirrors and nobody judges about age, size or ability.Thanks to Simon and his team.Judy

A great, friendly environment with personal trainers who work with you and encourage you to do the best you can. Each day has a different circuit which keeps it interesting & keeps me motivated. Having a fob to use the gym is fantastic for me, especially when work and life sometimes clash with class times. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend the instructors. The fellow participants are a great mob to exercise with as well, no matter which session you attend. Sometimes it is even fun ! All skill and fitness levels catered for. Must be if I'm there.
