Have had bad experiences with Branis on numerous occasions. She's good when signing up your management and then never actually manages it. Cleaners get paid for nothing, there's no supervision on nor inspections involved. Just take money and wave from a distance.Gonna sell so I can get away from horrible strata management, who knows where our money goes..l.

Rebecca (strata manager) helped us fix hot water and pressure issue in one bathroom in my apartment .She acted like a true professional to manage it on priority.Thanks for all the help

I ordered an urgent strata report, compiled by Susan, upon advisement that she could deliver said report by 2pm the next day if I paid an urgent fee of $90 on top of their $380 fee. I explained my circumstances and why time was of the essence.I paid $470 and by 1.30pm I was chasing the report constantly. The receptionist Lana would say the report will be done by 3pm even though I advised I paid an urgent fee for the report to be done by 2pm not 3pm. Each time I called put me on hold without even responding.Between 1.50pm and 3pm i called about 8 times, each time being told it was already sent" by Susan. Turns out the file was too big and it hadn't been broken down so all the parts were received totally by 2.57pm

Thank you, Rose, for helping me out today with my Hotwater and Balcony door issue. Your prompt action just saved my family's health this winter. Appreciate that :)

Rang 5 times throughout the day with no answer. Finally got through in the afternoon on my sixth try. Asked to speak to a Strata Manager about a billing matter. Was told he's busy and that he will call back. Receptionist asked for contact details which were given. I never received that call back. In summary, almost impossible to get through, and they don't call back. Absolutely pathetic company. If you own property and need it managed, please look elsewhere.
