A safe and welcoming environment allowing students to develop self defence skills. I have been progressing in the program for many years and the instructors are amazing and friendly. They are supportive to everyone in their Kenpo journey. Highly recommend :)

Hands down this is the greatest investment we have made in our children. We found Kenpo 5.0 when in search of an activity to help our sons build esteem and confidence. What we have experienced over the last 7 years with the school is exactly that as well as self control, discipline and respect. Don and Suzanne are full of passion for their art and offer a nurturing environment with an expectation of effort. Our boys enjoy the training and they feel rewarded for their efforts by looking at how far they have come in their training. We love being a part of our Kenpo family.

I highly recommend Kenpo 5.0 for all ages and skill levels. The classes are always exciting and everyone is so welcoming and supportive. It teaches the skills you need to defend yourself, whilst being a fun workout and a great way to meet new people. 5 stars from me!

My kids have been training with Mr and Mrs Woods for the past 6 years and love it! From the 1st lesson they attended it was clear this is a 1 of a kind martial arts school! The dedication and commit shown by Mr and Mrs Woods is unwavering and they lead by example not explanation. Students learn more than just self defence, they learn self respect, respect for others and confidence in their abilities. It really is amazing watching these young girls and boys apply what they have learned.

We could not be happier with the decision we made to become apart of this Kenpo community, we had heard so many positive reports about them in our school community (suburbs away) we decided to enrol our son. They have been a pleasure to meet and communicate with, the program is run with so much support, it is refreshing to say the least. Since joining, the confidence and strength our son has gained is inspiring. And we are so grateful to be apart of this community!We highly recommend getting involved.

Nice location, some drills, some training relevant some is still adapting to modern fighting systems. Also, to note I can only comment on the class that was a special class run by the wrestler Chuck Liddell on the day. The class was not run by Jeff Speakman on this one off training session offered from Facebook.

My kids have been attending lessons here for 3 years now and love it. The instructors look after them really well while also teaching them self-discipline and self-respect. The lessons aren't just about self defence, but also teaching the children basic life skills that will help shape them into courteous young adults. This can be seen already from their older students that have gone through the system.This is a fantastic Kenpo school for both kids and adults. After watching our children attend lessons, my wife and I also decided to join 2 years ago and we're still loving every bit of it!

This is a fantastic martial arts school run by internationally respected instructors with over 30 years of individual martial arts experience. Fun and supportive class environment. No egos. In fact, the emphasis is on helping each other to become better martial artists, better people and in making the world a better place!You will gain a whole lot of self-defence skills, but also fitness, confidence, discipline, resilience and amazing friendships.I have watched many kids (and adults), under the instruction of Don and Suzanne Woods, develop into incredible martial artists, excelling in all areas of their life. I cannot recommend this school more highly.

The Woods family (the instructors) have been pivotal in teaching me not only martial arts but also life lessons. They gave me the opportunities to become who I am today and to represent them and their school internationally. The atmosphere they create is not only positive but one that values hard work. I am confident in my abilities to defend myself and also defuse delicate situations. I can not recommend them enough.
