I recently purchased a Ego blower, ride on mower, multi tools.I only ever use these guys because they are prompt to deliver and the pricing in most cases is the best. There communication is the best I have ever experienced. Very glad to see InderJit, George and great team work.

Great customer service - due to a delay due to Covid, they sent me an email to update me on my order and when it would be shipped. I really appreciated this update as it helped me understand how hard it is to ship stuff while affected by Covid. The package even arrived 2 days ahead of the Australia Post given ETA - thanks, guys! I’ll be in touch again really soon as I’ve got some more stuff to get

13 days and still no shipping of my order. It has not even left the warehouse yet. The customer service has been horrible. The replies slow and the workers not helpful. They ask if I want partial delivery of the items in stock and still yet to send them out. Do not recommend this shop to anyone. Buy local.

I have made several larger purchases here recently for welders and gas/consumables, service is friendly and helpful, they seem to know what they are talking about.Many of the products are out on display, one of the best displays of cordless equipment from multiple manufacturers really make it easy to pick the right product.

I haven't used the torque wrench yet but it looks like a quality item - just as described on the Tools Warehouse website. Delivery was a little behind schedule however, happily, I was in no hurry for the wrench so that's fine. It was packages extremely well as if someone had taken a lot of time and trouble to make sure it was well padded, water proof and tamper-proof. I'd buy from them again, they have great low prices and seem to deliver all as promised.
