Fielders

I just went in to O'connor store for some help to match existing sheets on my roof and order some more. all the receptionist could say was order sheets are on the bench" and walk off. when she returned i told her i didnt know which product i wanted to which she replied "well you need to know that before you order". i asked if they had any samples. "no" was all I got. after more questions she finally produced a product booklet. I found her demeanor intimidating to say the least.I thanked her and left. hopefully there is another roofing place nearby and hopefully she was just having a bad day and I'll try not to take it personally."

can't believe the The patients and respect that every worker the worker at fielder's has for their customers

Don’t bother with fielders, tried for two hours to call them with it ringing out so decided to just drive the 35 mins to get there as I was confident they had the stock, get there and I was informed that they only sell to account customers, tried to explain to the rudest woman ever that I’d tried calling and had driven some distance, the reply, we’re too busy to answer the phone. Went to roof plumbers warehouse and got what I needed with great friendly service, fielders will never see one cent from me again….

These guys have customer service nailed. Its a pleasure to do business with them

How a company like this survives with someone like Julie on the phone is beyond me. Give them a call, don't have any expectations. We had to go with Stratco

Made two orders with them. They were helpful and nice at the O'Connor branch but both orders had issues with the Wangara side of their business. First time they stuffed up our order so it was delayed by about a week. Second time, i had to ring half a dozen times are various times of the day before anyone picked up so that i could pay for my order (because they won't proceed with the order otherwise). Then despite my specific request to pick up at O'Connor (over the phone & on email), they put the order through as pick up in Wangara which I wasn't aware of until the day after when I arrived at o'Connor with a borrowed friend's fire truck. The o'Connor branch was nice enough to organise free delivery to site the next day. After all this still no apologies from the Wangara branch. And now I'm waiting on site for who knows when because apparently the delivery drivers don't call their customers to notify them of their ETA. Other friends have mentioned that they decided to go elsewhere after dealing with Fielders and I think after this time I will also be hard-pressed to return to Fielders too.

As I walked in the woman at the counter just slapped a sign in front of me saying No Cash Sales" and carried on speaking on the phone with out even a feigned apology. Completely different from the service at Midalia Steel just a couple of clicks south."
