We were the last lot of customers on a very busy Sunday night 15-1-23. The staff there were so friendly and happy to help us even though it was like nearly 2 hours after closing time. I have a disabled daughter who kept saying she didn’t want ice cream and sure enough when I went outside and she saw my ice cream she then wanted one. The girls were bringing in chairs from outside and had already locked the doors. I knocked on the door and told them that my daughter was having a meltdown and now wanted ice cream. Just like that 3 amazing girls served me all at once. One taking my order whilst the other girl scooped the ice cream and another girl on the cash register. Fantastic teamwork and all with lovely smiles in their faces. I told them I will tell their boss to give them a pay rise !

Copenhagen can be considered the go-to dessert place in the semaphore area, and it being by the beach and open late, it definitely makes it easy to see why.It’s our go-to for some exceptional donuts and a coffee, and their snack packs are good for what they are, although they could use more fruit.They do good coffees and hot chocolate, waffles are some of the nicest, and eating in is quite nice.Although this is an ice-cream place, they specialise in much more, and with that being said.. I haven’t tried the Ice Cream, but considering how busy they get, I can tell you, it’s good.This is a must try for an evening dessert and a nice place to go in both a nice summers evening and a cold winters night, they can cater to every occasion.

Nice friendly staff, free ice cream toppings which is very generous, also like the idea of a little cute cookie with ice coffee. The coffee and waffle themselves were average but their all-star is the ice cream.

Always busy regardless of time or weather and for good reason! Best ice cream in Adelaide and perfect for having whilst wandering the beach

Even in middle of winter, the place was still busy. Lots of friendly helpful staff on hand to serve you. Though it's not too environmentally friendly to do coffees in a take away cup each time.

A bit of a line up. But there's a reason why. Delicious creamy icecream. Great staff quick patient service.

AmazIng ice cream, really loved the choc Malteser. More than the ice cream, the customer service was just amazing. I did not catch the woman’s name but she was the most amazing person to get served ice cream from. She was more excited to serve us than us eating it. Give that woman a raise Copenhagen, she deserves it!
