Fantastic, lovely and very helpfully Staff, Its so great you can have a laugh and giggle while in the chair.

These guys aren't my usual dentist and I'm a wuss when it comes to dental appointments, but Medowie Dental Surgery looked after me so well. They made me feel instantly comfortable when I was vomiting just minutes before my appointment. I was in agony toothache pain for days and was unable to find an after hours dentist, the next morning I called them up and they got me booked in on the first available appointment that same day. 5 mins later they had a cancellation and called me straight back and we're able to get me in quicker. Their customer service is absolutely amazing, and they comforted me when I had quite a few needles. I definitely recommend these guys as they're professional, they listen, talk you through what they're doing and very patient with waiting. Thank you so much, I'm now pain free and I'll be for more check ups and cleans as soon as I'm better. Thank you again. 5 STARS FOR SURE!! ☺

I am very particular about my dentists, after experiencing a bad one many years ago. I have been using this one for years and recently Kaye Kang sold out and I met our new one Mitul Shah, two visits and two fillings later I can say that I am very happy with him. I do recommend anyone wanting a good dentist he is the one

Never had a problem with them, my local dentist.

The dental chair they have is BROKEN.They know it's broken and are continuing to put paying clients in it. My head was violently thrown backwards FIVE times during a procedure!!!!!DR Rita left the room and left a novist assistant in there that couldn't answer any of my questions regarding my health or why i was being subjected to broken equipment.I was knowingly put at risk by medowie dental surgery.Highly unprofessional. WHS concerns and traumatic for me.Receptionist is a lovely lady.

Had the worst dental experience ever with Rita ,didn't explain what was happening & the assistant was too busy describing the birth of her child that while I was having a scale & clean my gums were being burntWas left with a sharp edge on bottom tooth & went back but problem wasn't fixedHave found another dentist that explains everything as you are in the chair
