Keen As Renovations
Poor communication. Gets their measurement wrong. I asked for new tiles , tiler just laid them on top of old tiles leaving annoying step upon entry to bathroom and door could not shut ( he then charged me to cut bottom of door) and old tiles were partially obstructing shower drain. I sent a letter with copy to QBCC. They did respond and fixed the problem to their credit .Also plumber chose wrong toilet seat size ( not fixed yet )
