This is my first experience working with Peterkin and the service was faultless. The most helpful and dilligent staff, particular shout out to Bronwyn the superstar, who helped get an intricate printing project over the finish line and was both pleasant and patient to deal with the whole way through.

Highly recommend Peterkin for all wedding related printing! The customer service team were quick to respond initially and help with selecting stock colours that worked together. Bronwyn worked with me and was happy to provide quotes for all the options I wanted prices for! She then added everything into my cart and all I had to do was pay for my order! Working with Peterkin made the whole process easier and very efficient. Some of the best customer service in the industry, with even better quality!

Peterkin's team and their dedication to producing incredible stationery is second to none, and also their paper range and beautiful envelopes are incredible and unrivaled. I use Peterkin Paper for almost every invitation order I design, and every single experience I have with them, from start to finish, is SO positive and beautiful. Jodie is always so responsive and generous in sharing work, and Amy, Sarah and Bronwyn, despite receiving many phone calls and emails from me, are always so incredibly patient and kind. So grateful for these absolute angels who set an incredible example of what customer service should look like. Don't even look anywhere else, these are your people.

These guys are the very best, I could not reccomend them more. Besides their amazing quality, they have some of the best customer service I have ever encountered.More than once they have contacted me after their first test print to make sure I am happy with the look of the print before going ahead (my work has very fine illustration detail sometimes that can need some care with printing) , no other printer I have worked with has had this level of care and quality control. Just a few minutes ago they emailed me to let me know that they thought I might have attached the wrong file for print to my order (I had) and wanted to check with me rather than just moving on like many other companies would have.Kelly in the printery is amazing with her eye for detail and pausing to check with me (delaying her day) to make sure I am totally happy with the print. And Bronwyn in customer service is always so friendly and so willing to help me find a print option that works for what I need but isn't part of their standard offerings. And of course, Jodie is so lovely.TL;DR - these guys are the absolute best, top of their game and bend over backwards for their customers.

Brittany and the customer services team at Peterkin were so helpful when I was ordering stationary for my wedding. They answered my many questions about paper sizing, paper types, pricing and printing options. The quality of the prints is beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Peterkin and their friendly team to anyone needing professional printing services!
