CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I have just been ripped off by Angela. It's amazing she is still in business. I took my granddaughter who is fragile at the moment-to have her hair dyed. She wanted a full bleached head of hair. Angela looked at the hair and said it may need two lots of bleach. I said okay. My granddaughter has had her hair bleached before and each time it was around $160 -$180 I left my phone number for Angela to call me when the hair was completed. I arrived back bit early to find Angela was trimming the hair as she said it was uneven. It was a terrible cut. My granddaughter was very pleased with her colour so I did not comment. . I asked Angela how much it was. She looked me straight in the eye and said $895. I SAID YOU MUST BE JOKING!!!I am ashamed to say I paid- my granddaughter was so happy and I did not want to ruin her pleasure. I was traumatised. I had never paid anything like this for any hair treatment.The next day I rang and asked Angela for an itemised account. This account was padded out with toners and other treatments I had never heard of. I arranged to meet her for a discussion - I kindly told her two give me a time when she had no customers to overhear our discussion. My sister and I went to the salon at the designated time. Angela was defensive- even telling me that because my granddaughter was on medication ( she had no idea what medication) that it made the hair harder to colour. Absolute rubbish!!!! I asked for a $350 refund -.this would still be the most money I have ever for such a treatment. Angela offered $250. I cannot believe she bartered with me. She admitted she should have given me a quote. She finally agreed to refund me $270. I have sent Angelas itemised account to people I know in the hair and beauty industry and All

I have had my hair cut and coloured by Angela for over three years.,I have very straight hair that is quite difficult to manage and Angela always cuts it to perfection. I come here every month for my hair cut and Angela is AMAZING! She offers me a beer on arrival and is so delightful to chat and spend time with while she cuts my hair. 10/10 service every time and I could not recommend more highly!I always walk away with a smile and I am always stoked with my hair

My hairdresser was very pushy and kept trying to get me to do more to my hair than I had wanted. She didn't like what I had planned for my hair long term and patronised me throughout. I made it clear I was on a certain budget, she gave me a rough cost at the beginning and overpriced me at the end.
