His quote also very competitive for the weeks long job involved. The pool is now stunning, summer ready. Thank you!

Absolutely USELESS!Not only was he quite rude on the phone we organised multiple times for James to come out to an issue with our pool and he done a no show both times!No call, no text, no explanation and then never contacted us back!Do not use this unprofessional company!

James and his team recently did a pool refurbished for me. They did an outstanding job. He is always looking out for his clients and providing the best options. He is very approachable and his work is neat and tidy. No question about me using his services down the track.Will definitely recommend his services!

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!Tried using James to organise pool vinyl replacement ended up we had to demand our deposit back which after a good deal of anxiety we at least finally received.Not sure if he's just incompetent or dodgy but the whole experience was very disappointing and upsetting.James if you do happen to be genuine and not dodgy but just somehow oblivious to the anguish you put us through by ignoring our constant phone calls and messages and delaying the process by months then all i can say is open your eyes and learn from it.This is certainly not how you run a business.Reply: wow... must be nice living in that fantasy world James.I repeat to anyone that considers doing business with this man... WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!You have been warned!!

My pool light and it’s cable were dead. My usual pool person tried to fix it but couldn’t and to do anything further sounded like it was too much trouble. I was not happy - who wants to dive into a dark pool at night? Then I found James and JMC Pool Care in Lansdale and within a couple of days I had a new multicoloured light in my pool (it took him less than an hour). He was quick, efficient, competitively priced and ensured the entire experience was stress free. We now have a fabulous pool light to die for. Thanks James!

Highly recommend. My freedom pool lights had completely broken off from the walls of the pool. Cables also had perished. The niche was complete snapped flush with pool wall so a retro fit was not an option with out the possibility of a leak. He braced, drained, lifted pavers re fit 2 new pool light and 3 blade light. Replaced everything as new. No other pool person I called want to do a proper repair just bold a light over the problem not fixing the niche that would leak or pop out any time. Very happy and would recommend

Have had a concrete pool recently installed at our property. James from JMC has undertook the initial equipment commission and testing, and has since returned (at my request) to undertake a 3-month check in. His service has been very good. On time, professional and on the rare occasion I have had a small query in relation to the pool, he has responded via phone within 24 hours. I have also recently dealt with Jason from JMC who has equally provided a professional service. Happy customers !

I couldn't be happier with the service James and his team provided me with fixing my pool lights. Their pricing is competitive, their workmanship is great, they are punctual and communicate well (providing a phone call 30 mins prior to arriving). We had James repair a serious leak in the pool. He also upgraded our filter system, skimmer basket and connections. He and his team were professional, prompt and efficient. Prices were fair. Most happy to recommend.
